- All entrants must be 21 years of age.
- All entries must be deposited into the
drawing drum 30 minutes prior to drawing.
- One ticket will be drawn, for each prize. If the winner is not present, a member of the Voice of
the Good Shepherd will contact them.
- Voice of the Good Shepherd reserves the
right to refuse an entry ticket to anyone.
- Only Voice of the Good Shepherd tickets
issued for this drawing will be valid for this drawing.
- All winners must provide a valid photo ID,
social security number and physical address to claim prizes.
- The winner is responsible to obtain any
required insurance.
- The winner of any motorized equipment is
responsible for state and local taxes that may apply, Title and
licensing of equipment.
- Entries are non-Transferable.
- Falsely obtained entries will be invalid.
- In the event of a dispute Voice of the
Good Shepherd’s decision will be final.
- Voices of the Good Shepherd employees are
not eligible for these drawings.
- By entering into this promotion each
entrant grants permission to Voice of the Good Shepherd to use
their name and photograph likeness for promotional purposes
without additional compensation.
- Drawing tickets will be removed from the
drum after the drawing. The tickets will be enrolled, counted
and destroyed as instructed by the Voice of the Good Shepherd.
- This raffle is subject to change or
modification at any time and the interpretation of the rules,
eligibility, and prize distribution is at the sole discretion of
the Voice of the Good Shepherd. All decisions are final.
